Job Title Caregiver

Needed Caregiver with Home care experience 4 hour shifts Mon-Thur. 3pm-8pm and every other weekend Sat 5pm-11pm and Sun 11am-3pm and Shift is every Friday 5:30pm-9:30pm

Location: Sylmar, California.

Caregiver with experience working with individuals with disabilities in the home. Knowledge and ability to assist with transfer, and other Activities of daily living as needed..

Job Responsibilities

• Care of client with physical and intellectual disabilities
• Provide compassionate care to clients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities such as meal preparation and socialization
• Monitor and document patient status, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations.
• Support individuals with disabilities by promoting independence and dignity in the care provided.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, including laundry and housekeeping tasks.
• Collaborate with Administrator to deliver optimal client care and report any changes in condition to Administrator.
• Meeting safety need of client safely and properly with equipment use such as wheelchair during shift and never leaving client unattended.
• Planning and preparing simple meals
• Assisting client with dressing and undressing if needed.
• Provide social activities

Qualification

• Meets all Careone Agency training requirement for the position
• Processes and maintain current CPR, TB, Background clearance, Live Scan Fingerprinting clearance and must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Demonstrates kindness, patience and good personal hygiene

Pay: $19.00 per hour
