THE JOB<br />
<br />
VIP Nation is looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to be a critical part of driving project management in the organization. This individual will be a self-starter and see projects through to completion while also supporting one of the executives.<br />
<br />
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO<br />
• Manage VIP program logistics<br />
• Manage VIP Road Staff<br />
• Manage new hire paperwork for Reps<br />
• Oversees VIP Rep processes (financial recaps, nightly event recaps)<br />
• Manages training & execution for all road Rep personnel; including travel and launching tours, program advance, local assistants, check-in lists for ip, go-to for all needs)<br />
• Packing road cases and manage shipments to / from tour<br />
• Fulfillment of Experience<br />
• Designing on site elements based on VIP program needs and artist team's vision<br />
• Working with tour and artist management teams to designate run of show and VIP logistics<br />
• Manage Merchandise & Creative Procurement<br />
• Help facilitate merchandise approvals/changes with Client Service point, Management & merch vendors + assists with ambience/décor decks for each program<br />
• Submit purchase orders & maintain PO listing<br />
• Drop shipment schedules for merchandise<br />
• Creative for photo booths, drink tickets, banners<br />
• Advancing - Initiating contact with venues to share package details and execution requirements, securing space, capacities, costs, issues, prep for road reps<br />
• Financials - Supporting road rep in reviewing and approving venue expenses where needed. Verifying backing and organizing and prepping final invoices and receipts for tour wrap up and settlement<br />
• Warehouse - Stocking, inventory management and organizing all warehouse supplies, road cases, technology, tour assets<br />
• Administrative - Tracking tour expenses, archiving, scanning/filing paperwork<br />
<br />
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING<br />
• Experience managing Live Event Operations; experience in VIP package fulfillment and operations a plus<br />
• Bachelor's degree required<br />
• Excellent inventory and project management skills<br />
• Strong reporting and analysis skills<br />
• Experience working with customer and venue databases to manage information<br />
• Superior communication skills and experience with crisis management<br />
• Proficiency in merchandising and production planning<br />
• Must have valid passport and be available for domestic and international travel<br />
• Road and touring experience a plus<br />

The expected compensation for this position is:<br />
$62,000.00 USD - $78,000.00 USD<br />
** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.<br />
