Lead, Remote Assistance Product for Autonomous Mobility

Uber is building the systems to help autonomy partners deploy commercially and serve riders at scale. The Remote Assistance product is a core part of Uber's AV support system, and this Lead Product Manager will own its end-to-end success across partners and markets.

You'll define when remote assistance is invoked, what operators can see and do, how issues are escalated, and how performance is measured and improved over time, partnering with engineering, safety, and operations.
