Manage workers' compensation cases by coordinating medical treatment and services. Utilize clinical expertise and critical thinking skills to assess and address the medical needs of injured workers. Collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and insurance companies to ensure proper and timely care for injured workers. Review medical records and treatment plans to ensure quality and cost-effective care. Communicate effectively with injured workers, their families, and other stakeholders to provide updates on medical treatment and progress. Monitor and evaluate the progress of injured workers and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary. Adhere to all healthcare regulations and company policies and procedures. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all case management activities. Advocate for injured workers by identifying potential barriers to treatment and developing solutions to overcome them. Participate in meetings and trainings to stay current on industry developments and best practices. Continuously assess and improve processes to enhance the quality of care provided to injured workers. Demonstrate a strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of case management. Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to provide a holistic approach to case management.
