Remote Diabetes Nurse (RN / CDCES)

About the position

Nightingale’s List is seeking U.S.-based Registered Nurses with diabetes care experience for a short-term remote project supporting the development of healthcare AI technology. This is a non-clinical, fully remote opportunity focused on reviewing and evaluating diabetes-related clinical content.

Responsibilities

• Review ~50 diabetes-related clinical Q&A scenarios
• Evaluate responses using a structured rating system (accuracy, safety, completeness, tone, etc.)
• Provide feedback to help improve healthcare AI systems

Requirements

• Active U.S. RN license
• Hands-on experience in diabetes care, education, or coaching
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently in an online platform
• Ability to complete project within the assigned timeframe

Nice-to-haves

• CDCES (Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist)
• Experience in outpatient, chronic care management, or telehealth
• Experience reviewing or evaluating clinical content
