Senior SYNON / COOL 2E Developer - Healthcare & PBM Systems - Remote

Role OverviewLooking for an experienced SYNON / COOL 2E Developer to join our growing team, contributing to enhancement projects within RxCLAIM and Claim Adjudication systems.This role involves working on claim processing logic, performance improvements, and system integration with downstream applications in a healthcare / PBM domain environment.What You'll DoDevelop, enhance, and maintain claim adjudication applications using SYNON / COOL 2E and related IBM i technologies.Implement business logic changes and integrate with downstream systems.Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues efficiently.Document system flow, data models, and business logic for existing and new modules.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and deliver high-quality software enhancements.Contribute to new system development and major modernization initiatives.What You BringStrong SYNON / COOL 2E development skills5 8 years of experience with SYNON / COOL 2E, COBOL400, CL / 400, CLLE, and DB2 / 400Hands-on experience with RxCLAIM or Healthcare PBM applicationsStrong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and meet project deadlinesPreferred QualificationsPrior experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) and Healthcare systemsFamiliarity with claim processing, adjudication, and mainframe integrationsBrandon Consulting Associates, Inc.is an EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER and has been in business for 29years..
