We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented E-Commerce associate to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform to ensure an optimal customer experience. The ideal candidate has previous experience in the e-commerce industry and is knowledgeable of industry best practices.
Manage product pricing and inventory levels on multiple online sales platforms
Develop and implement processes to improve the customer's online shopping experience
Execute online promotions and campaigns to drive sales traffic
Optimize website pages for better search engine visibility
Research competitive markets and adjust campaigns accordingly
Troubleshoot website technical issues as needed
Assist with daily product listing
Follow up order and delivery
Requirements
Minimum of 1-2 years of eCommerce experience required
