The Sales Support Specialist will be instrumental in enhancing the productivity and effectiveness of our sales team. This role focuses on optimizing sales processes through lead management, data organization, and support in marketing activities.
Main Responsibilities:
Perform exhaustive research to identify new business prospects and strategic partners, utilizing tools like Apollo, Clay, and LinkedIn to compile segmented, actionable lead lists.
Implement structured follow-up communications with various types of le to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
Prepare and maintain essential sales documentation such as term sheets and client presentations, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
Manage and optimize CRM workflows within Monday.com, including data updates, task management, and the creation of automated processes for improved team performance.
Support the marketing team by assisting in the creation and management of content across various social media platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging brand representation.
Qualifications:
Experience in processing, sales operations, financial services, or administrative support is preferred
Prior experience in mortgage processing, pricing, underwriting support, or capital markets operations
Strong understanding of mortgage loan structures and pricing components
Strong ability to conduct detailed research and analytical tasks to support business development efforts.
Proficient in CRM software, preferably Monday.com, with the capability to manage databases and automate workflows effectively.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks with high attention to detail.
Experience in handling confidential and complex documents, with a keen understanding of term sheet preparation and client communication.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment, demonstrating proactive problem-solving skills.
